“Strive To Learn, Strive To Serve”
Jonesville Fire District Explorer Post #36 is a program
for young men and women, ages 14-21 interested in helping
their community through involvement in the emergency
services. Experience in the emergency services in not
required. The Jonesville Fire District provides all the
training needed to be an Explorer.
Some of the things Explorers can learn are American Red
Cross First Aid and CPR. Explorers also learn about fire
operations and equipment uses. Safety is the number one
priority. However, we want Explorers to have as much fun
as possible learning about becoming firefighters and EMS
workers.
The Explorer Post meets the first and third Thursday of
the month at Jonesville Fire District Station #1 from
7-8:30 pm.
